Booking Fee / Cancellation / Remaining Payment Policy


Deposit

  1. Full payment is due at time of booking for the Mini Session and are non-refundable
  2. 50% of Total is due at time of booking the Silver, Gold & Platinum package
  3. 50% of Total is due at time of booking for the Cherished Collections & Emerald Packages

Remaining Balance

  1. Final payment for the Silver, Gold & Platinum package is due 8 days prior to the photo shoot date and the full session fee becomes non-refundable.
  2. Final payment for Cherished Collection for 30 days prior to session.
  3. Final payment Emerald Packages due 90 days prior to session.

Cancellation

  1. For Silver, Gold & Platinum package If cancelled more than 8 days before the session only 4% fee of deposit is charged for cancellation (If paid via Zelle cancellation will be waived) If cancelled 8 or less days prior to the session the full amount will be non-refundable
  2. For Cherished Collection If cancelled more than 31 days before the session only 4% fee of deposit is charged for cancellation (If paid via Zelle cancellation will be waived) If cancelled 30 or less days prior to the session the full amount will be non-refundable
  3. For Emerald Package if cancelled 91 days before the session only 4% fee of deposit is charged for cancellation (If paid via Zelle cancellation will be waived) If cancelled 90 or less days prior to the session the full amount will be non-refundable

** I will allow you to find a replacement for your shoot, they must pick an equal or larger package for you to be refunded. Refund will not be processed until the replacement is paid. 4% processing fee will be retained for all transactions.
